Each 1:1 Nutrition Coaching session lasts 1-hour. Although this might feel like a lot of time, trust me - it goes fast! The initial appointment together will be essential for me to get to know you: your preferences, other medical conditions, medications, lab results, previous nutrition education, and what you hope to accomplish during our time together. The education process starts during the initial appointment and continues during each subsequent visit. 

I utilize a HIPAA secure platform, Simple Practice, to conduct our 1:1 virtual sessions. This line is private and secure.

I do not sell packaged sessions because I want you to make sure I am a good fit for you! Although there is not a required number of sessions together, my clients typically see the most success having between 3-6 sessions. My goal is to teach you all you need to know so that you can be successful on your own!

Yes! I am contracted with Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, and Medicare. A signed physician's referral is required for Medicare coverage and can be faxed to 614-573-6339.

Have another insurance provider? No problem! A Superbill is provided upon request for insurance reimbursement on your behalf.

I kindly request you provide 48 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment. The full service fee is charged for any appointments cancelled <24 hours or you do not show for your appointment. 

1:1 virtual appointments are available for clients located in AK, AZ, CA (with physician's referral), CO, HI, ID, IN, MI, NH, NY, OK, OR, PA, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY.

Before our first visit, you will need a copy of your medication list, supplements, and most recent lab work. This can be provided during our initial visit or faxed from your Nephrologist's office directly to me at 614-573-6339.
